Valeo Electrical Systems
Managed the change of electricity supplier in 8 different plants in the national territory (2 of these plants in high voltage).
We carried out the regularization, adjustments in medium and high voltage, implementation of the requirements for compliance with the grid code, procedures with CENACE and supplier.
Toyota Railway Line
Construction of medium voltage along 5 km of the assembly plant’s internal railway line.
Medium and low voltage power supply to buildings, lighting and shipping yard in the chassis area.
Dräxlmaier 15 production cells
Facilities construction for 15 production cells in an area of 10,000 m2. Installation of PTR structure to support conduit and installation of more than 20,000 m of electrical, voice & data and pneumatic cabling.
Rongtai
We were able to coordinate production with the manufacturer, configuring the order in the requested lengths in a record time of 1 month, thus meeting the customer’s objectives.
Valeo Plant 3
Installation of 5MVA substation, main boards and electroducts along the entire production area for the power supply of its machines, achieving the execution of all the work in a period of 4 months.
Thyssenkrupp Electromechanical Installations
Installation of a new electrical substation and the integration of 2 main 2500amp panels, 6 electroducts of different capacities, lighting in the production area, laboratories and warehouses, power supply to equipment such as chillers, compressors, pumps, etc.
Installation of 300amp harmonic filters
Power quality studies were conducted to determine where harmonics were generated within the plant.
Three 300amp harmonic filters were installed in the painting, welding and press areas. This project was carried out by Schneider Electric.
Watlow
Adequacy of electrical room with 3 440V panels in the new 15,000m2 warehouse to provide power to the area-wide production lines.
Compliance with current standards
Working together with different manufacturers, a proposal was developed to comply with the specifications and certifications of the classified areas as well as with the current industry standards.
Lighting 1st stage
The lighting of the production area was developed and updated, including an automated control system to comply with regulations and make energy consumption more efficient.
